Performance

Cancellations & Refunds Policy

Cancellation Policy

Changes of mind and cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable.

If the topless waitresses or strippers cannot attend the event for any reason, alternative options will be given for a new selection.

If none of the girls presented for the new selection is suitable for the client, then the deposit amount equivalent to booking that specific entertainer will be refunded. The client is not entitled to any other type of compensation.

If a model is a no-show due to a last-minute incident and we cannot find a last-minute replacement, the deposit amount equivalent to that specific entertainer will be refunded. The client is not entitled to any other type of compensation.

When models show up, and the contact numbers given are incorrect, phones are switched off or engaged, or the address for the function has been given incorrectly, clients will be given 15 minutes after the original start time to reach the agency. If they do not contact the agency, the girls will be sent home, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Entertainers will always call on arrival. The time of start counts when they arrive at the function. They usually arrive a few minutes before to get changed.

In case of letting the girls waiting at the lobby/reception/wharf or outside. The start time will count from the time they have been booked.

If the entertainers are running late, the time will start when they arrive; they will make up for the delayed time at the end. If they cannot stay back in time, the client and entertainer must agree to either an equivalent refund or an upgrade of services. Please call the agency immediately so we can ensure the refund. The client must contact the agency immediately; we cannot refund you afterwards.

Changes of Booking

Time change

A time change of the event is acceptable if it occurs 14 days before the event; however, the chosen girls are subject to availability in this case. Alternative girls will be presented for selection.

Any changes the client makes after the booking has already been confirmed will incur a fee of $100. Any changes after 14 days of the event may result in a new booking fee.

Date change

Acceptable within 30 days before the event. Chosen girls are subject to availability.

There is no guarantee that the girls you have chosen will be available for the new date. Alternative entertainers will be presented for selection.

Date changes less than 30 days before the event will result in a $50 fee per entertainer booked.

After 30 days of the event, a new booking fee may apply.

Location change

A location change of the event is acceptable. Chosen entertainers are subject to availability.

Changes to the same suburb are acceptable with no extra charges within seven days of the event. Changes after seven days of the event will incur a $100 fee.

Changes to different suburbs are acceptable within 30 days of the event. Travel fees may apply. After 30 days of the event, a new booking fee may apply.

Violations will result in immediate consequences, including removal from the event and a ban from future services. Venue & Setup Requirements

The most common venues for bucks parties or adult events are boat cruises, footy ovals, karaoke bars, golf clubs, private function rooms at a bar, pub restaurant, community centre, hotel rooms, house parties, poker nights and corporate events.

The client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows entertainers and their services. Suppose topless waitresses or strippers are unable to enter the venue or provide the service booked due to any venue restriction. In that case, the booking will immediately be cancelled, and the client will not be entitled to a refund.

Our showgirls/strippers will not perform their show act in spaces open to the public, outdoors, on grass, soil, or sand. The client is responsible for providing a covered, dry, clean area away from public view, away from safety hazards and protected from the weather conditions.

For any event held outside, the client must inform the agency before booking to avoid cancelling the booking upon arrival. Extreme Weather Conditions:

In case of inclement weather where the topless waitresses and strippers are unable to access the event, the deposit will be applied towards a cancellation fee. There are no refunds.
